These Terms govern use of rumorclacs.company and services provided by Rumorclacs Green Cleaning, 2401 NW Market St, Seattle, WA 98107.
Cleaning services are provided per agreed schedule and scope. Estimates are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to decline service for safety reasons.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. We accept major credit cards and ACH.
24-hour notice required for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
We carry $2M general liability insurance. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.
Washington State law governs these terms. Disputes resolved in King County courts.
